Originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut, David is the Founder of Cheshire SMB Holdings. Previously, he was the first employee at Crete Mechanical Group (“CMG”), a national platform of commercial HVAC, electrical, and plumbing businesses. David helped grow CMG from one business generating $6MM of revenue, to 13 business generating over $120MM of revenue – all within 16 months’ time.
Prior to CMG, David spent close to a decade in commercial and multifamily real estate as a broker, investor, and developer. To this day, David selectively invests in commercial and multifamily real-estate assets through closely held relationships.
